I have a strong background in systems administration, infrastructure design, and public and private cloud design, deployment and management. My expertise includes systems design, cloud IaaS / PaaS platforms, compute virtualization platforms, databases, networking, security, identity, clustering, high availability, disaster recovery, centralized control and audit systems, web platforms, automation, developer enablement, server and application life cycles, and various methodologies to keep that all in check (ITIL). I have particular experience in business DR and BCP initiatives, project-to-product focused transformations, business cloud transformations, and security and operational incident management.

I have also spent extensive time consulting on and selling these solutions during my time as a sales engineer, where I became skilled in effectively articulating technology and product positioning to a variety of audiences, including C-Level executives and advanced technical personnel. In 11 quarters of active selling, I missed quota only once achieving presidents club two years in a row, and numerous company awards. In 2017, I was the top producing Sales Engineer globally.
